You may be thinking, "This is cheap. Is it a good deal, someone streaming from their phone, or total bologna?" (apologies to Oscar Mayer)
Well, it's definitely a good deal, that's for certain.
A phone? Bologna?
Not from Live Stream Pros! It's a true broadcast production from emmy-winning professionals involved in the broadcast industry. Live Stream Pros offer inexpensive and, we think, affordable costs for a variety of event budgets.
What does a $995 Live-Stream production *include? What are the "extras" and their cost?
Even though Live Stream Pros ("we") can be available on short notice, the best coverage and highest production values of your event would come from meeting with us several days ahead of the event(s). That way, we can prepare and create graphics and lower 3rds, plus video opens, closes, and interstitials to "brand" your event, making it look like a real television program -- again, a high quality branding of your image to the viewing audience.
• Live Stream Pros will setup at your event location as long as it's within the 7-county metro area of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota.
• Our standard setup with PTZ cameras involves three (3) crew members with shared duties, including setups, graphics, technical director and audio.
• We will broadcast your event --up to four (4) hours in length-- via live-stream to several social media sites such as YouTube, Rumble, Facebook and your or our website simultaneously. And, we are absolutely independent of your internet, ethernet and electrical infrastructure. We transmit our broadcast signal via LiveU. Our van and gear (inside and out) are powered by an AC inverter generator and/or battery to AC packs.
• We typically need three (3) hours time to setup prior to the beginning of the live event (no worries, this is in addition to the four hours of live-stream coverage).
• We will place up to four PTZ (pan, tilt, zoom) remote controlled cameras; audio capturing from our microphone(s) placement and a "patch" from the event audio mixer; and a "video feed" from the event's PowerPoint slide show, if applicable.
• In addition to the social media archive of your event, we will digitally record the event, either as an exact duplicate of the program, or a clean feed (no ID bugs or lower 3rds).
• Outside of 7-county metro, please call for quote as it could involve anywhere from Austin, Minnesota to Anchorage, Alaska.

• CAMERA CREW
Many of our live-stream productions make use of PTZ remote-controlled cameras. The Technical Director controls those robotic cameras from our production van. This is a big savings on your production budget! However, there are situations in a live-stream event that requires a camera crew (real people) operating our Panasonic HD cameras, such as sports events where 'visuals' happen rapidly and only 'humans' (so far) can be intuitive enough to be on and ahead of the camera coverage. That said, a camera crew option within the Twin Cities 7-country metro is. . .
• ACTING TALENT$850: Three camera crew, half-day (four hours).
It may be beneficial and cost-saving to have a professional actor within your production. He or she can 'host' the program as a main anchor, a reporter, or a crowd-pleasing POV (point of view) personna. He or she can interact in the role of "show me" with your on-camera people. Or, he/she can be the main spokesperson, working with your people, but maintaining the 'anchor' credibility. There are dozens of character traits that only a pro actor can provide.
• OTHER, but no surprises$400-$800: Base price for non-union talent, half-day rate within the Twin Cities 7-county Metro
There are many variables, options and "I wish we..." scenarios. You will know, up front, what we provide, how much it costs and how it works. Thus, the 'no surprises' thing means just that, no cost or *coverage surprises. Live-stream coverage is really hiring us to broadcast to various video websites, social media apps and even broadcast televsion what's taking place every minute of your event, with multiple cameras, excellent audio and a steady, reliable live-stream available around the world at that very moment.
*Regardless of our professional video streaming equipment (LiveU & Restream IO) there is always the possibility of a technical malfunction. We try our best to ensure your live-stream is 'healthy' and fully functional from start to finish. However, there are some gaffs that just happen. Thus, this regrettable disclaimer: We cannot be held responsible for technical failures beyond our control.
